Three core programs are offered at this stage atby Thinking Healthy and Stress Reduction, a new one will commence in 2024 with Stress Reduction and Joanna Walz.
These include the evidence-based 8-week program known as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR). We also offer the new Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program as either an 8-week program or as a 5-day intensive retreat.
We now also have tested a new health oriented program 'Mindfully Enhancing your Relationship to Nature And Health' (MERNAH) through the Mindfulness and Nature Association (MANA) Inc.
