Three core programs are offered at this stage at Thinking Healthy.
These include the evidence based 8-week program known as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR). We also offer the new Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program as either an 8-week program or as a 5-day intensive retreat.
In addition to this, we have a new four week introductory program that allows you to explore both mindfulness and self-compassion. This occurs in four 1 hour lessons over four weeks.
